Hass avocado · export standard

4 kg box, sizes 12 to 30.

Tell us the port, the week and the size.

The size number is the count: how many fruit fit in the box. More fruit means less weight per unit. Below you can open the box and see the size you need, one by one. Actual availability is confirmed each campaign, not on this page.

01 — The sizer

The same 4 kg box, ten ways to fill it.

Pick a size: the box fills with exactly that count of fruit and each fruit changes scale accordingly. It is the fastest way to see why a 12 and a 30 are not the same product even though they weigh the same.

The ranges are the international trade standard. We do not claim which sizes are in the cold store today: tell us your port, your ISO weeks and the size you need, and we will come back with committable volume.

Minimum dry matter and measuring method: tell us yours and we will tell you from which week we meet it. The 1,800 to 2,400 m.a.s.l. spread staggers the picking, not the quality.

03 — Agronomic management

Six field decisions that get audited.

The same protocol across all 400 hectares. Everything that follows is within the scope of GGN 4050373777906.

Selected rootstocks

Chosen for their resistance to Phytophthora cinnamomi, the fungus that most constrains avocado in a wet zone.

Root health

IPM

Integrated pest and disease management: monitoring, thresholds and a documented decision before any application.

Continuous monitoring

Analysis-led fertilisation

Based on soil and leaf analysis. We do not fertilise by calendar: we fertilise by what the analysis says.

Soil and leaf

Localised drip irrigation

Applied where it is needed. Responsible water use is exactly what the GLOBALG.A.P. SPRING add-on audits.

SPRING add-on

Strategic pruning

Light gets in, humidity inside the tree drops, and so does the fungal pressure that comes with a 7,500+ mm zone.

Tree aeration

Lot-level traceability

The whole operation works by lot number: from the tree to the box, and from the box back to the row.

Across the operation

04 — Packing

From fruit to container, in four layers.

Hover each layer to separate it. The lot number travels in all of them: with it you can work backwards to the row the fruit came from.

  • 014 kg box. Standard export presentation. The size marked on it tells you the count inside.
  • 02Lot identification. Every box keeps the number it was harvested under, inside the certified chain of custody.
  • 03Palletising and marking. Pallet configuration, marking and labelling are adjusted to the destination market to your specification

05 — Postharvest

From picking to your cold store: what happens once the tree stops being the subject.

This is the block your quality team will ask for. We hand it over in writing, point by point, before closing a programme. Anything not yet audited appears with its audit date, not omitted.

  • 01Minimum dry matter and measuring method. Tell us yours and we will tell you from which week we meet it.
  • 02Hours from picking to cold, and pulp temperature at loading. The protocol is adjusted to your market.
  • 03Who packs, with a name and a packhouse certificate. With its number and audit date under audit
  • 04Shipping line, port of loading and transit to your port. In writing by programme
  • 05On-time shipments and claims over the last 24 months. The record as it stands under audit
  • 06Claims policy. Deadline, survey and credit note; not “we'll fix it on the next picking”.

06 — Capacity

We give you the ceiling now, not in December.

More than 3,200 tonnes a year, in around four containers a week on average. At peak the cadence rises; the weekly ceiling per programme is confirmed to you in writing against the campaign in progress by programme, before you commit your promotion.

We are not your sole supplier, and we say so before the third meeting: we are a controlled origin for part of your programme.

  • 3,200+ tannual volume
  • ≈ 4containers / week
  • 200+containers a year
  • 9destination countries

Compare arrival, uniformity and how long it takes you to get hold of someone who can decide. We are not asking you to switch supplier: we are asking you to compare.
