You just want to check
The GGN is public. You will see one production unit, not a producer group.

Port, weeks and size. Nothing else.
No twelve-field form and no automated sequence behind it. Fill in the five fields and watch your shipping label build itself, field by field. We reply in English, with a name and a job title.
01 — Your enquiry
These are exactly the five details we need to answer you with a number instead of a brochure. What you type appears on the right, as it would look on the pallet label.
Demo form: this prototype does not submit to a server. In the meantime, write to us at sales@avoterraexports.com.
02 — Depending on where you are
The GGN is public. You will see one production unit, not a producer group.
The verification pack, with what is audited and what is under audit, with dates.
A trial container in your worst week. Compare arrival and uniformity.
Twenty minutes with the person who signs off your shipment. Or come to Urrao.
Send us your supplier questionnaire. We return it completed within 5 working days, in English, with a name and a job title.
03 — The awkward questions
We do not compete on freight, we compete on continuity. The Mediterranean has limited volume and irregular sizes: a six-week promotion cannot be built on that. We commit containers per week, sizes 12–30, from a single origin.
True, and we say so before the third meeting: we are not your sole supplier. We are a controlled origin for part of your programme.
Verify the GGN on the public database: you will see one production unit, not a producer group. And come to Urrao: we will show you the lot your last container came from.
We have done the exporting ourselves since 2017, 200+ containers a year, four different import regimes, with nobody to hand the problem to.
Within the same working day you will know the farm block, picking date, packing run and container. The claims policy is written down: deadline, survey and credit note, not “we'll fix it on the next picking”.
Selected rootstocks, IPM, drainage, pruning and 15.7 °C that slow down fruit filling. Tell us your minimum dry matter and we will tell you from which week we meet it.
That is the price of buying from the grower. We offset it by giving you weeks of notice: what kills a programme is not the weather, it is finding out too late.
We are not asking you to change. Request a trial container in your worst week and compare arrival, uniformity and how long it takes you to reach someone who can decide.
It is the only promise we make before knowing your programme. Everything else you get in writing: port, ISO weeks, sizes and containers per week.
